Returns
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your Ponchlin, but if for any reason you need to return your order, please contact us using our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order.
The returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, and be returned in the original packaging.
When returning any items we recommend recorded post and please retain your proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the cost of returning goods.
You can return goods within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing you contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order and that the goods are received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition.
Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed, within 7 days of receiving the returned item (s).
