The idea behind Ponchlin started shortly after the birth of our first daughter Ava. Whether it was taking Ava to our friends’ weddings or burping her before work, my husband was driven mad by muslins that slipped off his shoulder and so, the idea of the Ponchlin was born.
With weddings and a bit of fun in mind, we first started with a dinner suit print but our next two girls Alexandra and Scarlett meant we were a little distracted and with three girls under the age of 5 there wasn’t a lot of spare time! 7 exhilarating (and exhausting) years later as a mum, I am launching Ponchlin as a stylish, simple and contemporary accessory to enable mothers and children to have a practical garment to carry on with life’s everyday adventures.
I’ve designed Ponchlin to be a functional, every day item that does not compromise your style, I hope you agree and enjoy.
